Getting the best possible price in a fast and efficient process is what all sellers want. Obviously the agent can help. But it is when we encounter problems and unpleasant surprises that we are very proud to have a competent agent with us. The sale of our chalet turned out to be a challenge. From the beginning Maggie was a resource for us who helped us navigate the twists and turns of the regulations. Always available, she even took the initiative to help us during a theft/vandalism by recruiting the services of one of her relatives to install a temporary lock. You never know if the sale of our house/chalet will be easy or difficult. If yours looks easy, so much the better :-).
